Cine Toolbar Controls

The cine toolbar has the following options available.

Stop

(Not shown in the screen capture above)

Click to pause cine. Stop displays during cine playback but is otherwise hidden by the Play and Reverse options.

Play

Click to display images in video-like sequence. The default order is first-to-last.

Reverse

Click to reverse the direction of image play.

Frame Slider

 

Drag the slider to set a frames-per-second rate within the range of 0.5 fps to 60 fps.

Synapse uses the default frame rate information specified in the DICOM header. If no rate is specified in the DICOM header or by the user, the rate becomes 31 fps.

Loop Mode

(Not shown in screen capture above)

Loop in a continuous scroll in the same direction. When the scrolling reaches the last image, the scrolling begins at the first image.

Note: Click this option to toggle between loop and oscillate modes.

Oscillate Mode

Reverses scrolling directions when cine reaches the last image.

Note: Click this option to toggle between loop and oscillate modes.

Export

Click to open the Export Data dialog box if you want to export the active series as a video (.AVI) or an alternate format (PDF, PNG, or JPEG).

Close

Click to close the toolbar and exit cine.
