Opening a 4.x Viewer
Introduction
If Synapse 4.4.3x was previously installed on your workstation, you can open the Viewer for Synapse 4.x versions from Synapse 5.x.

This feature is only supported for Internet Explorer/Edge IE Mode because the 4.x platform does not support other browsers. |
Steps
- With the Viewer open, right-click an image to display the image context menu.
- Select Display Formats > Open Synapse V4.
- Log in to Synapse. The Synapse 4.x Viewer opens in a separate browser window, displaying the current study.
Additional Options

Click Synapse 4.x
on the icon menu.
